    Executive Vice-President and Co-Head of Commercial Banking and Private Banking
  • As Executive Vice-President and Co-Head of Commercial Banking and Private Banking at National Bank with Stéphane Achard, Éric Bujold is responsible for developing strategic orientations, advancing the client experience and overseeing all Commercial Banking and Private Banking products and services, as well as National Bank Insurance’s activities. In this role, he will supervise the sector’s growth and ensure its sustainability by soundly managing risks. Mr. Bujold is also a member of National Bank’s Office of the President.

    Mr. Bujold joined the Bank in 1996. He started off at National Bank Financial where he was an Investment Advisor and Insurance Broker in the Eastern Quebec region. After mandates as the founding manager of the NBFWM branch in Rimouski and Vice-President, he was promoted to Senior Vice-President and General Manager of National Bank Financial in 2007. In 2008, he founded National Bank Private Banking 1859, and was President of the business line until 2022.

  • Judith Ménard

    Senior Vice-President, Commercial Banking and Private Banking, British Columbia, Prairies, Ontario, Atlantic Canada and National Accounts
  • With nearly 25 years of experience in various sectors of National Bank, Judith Ménard is now responsible for the growth and overall activities outside Quebec for the Commercial/Private Banking sector and for the transformation of its business model. Most recently, as Senior Vice-President at Private Banking 1859, she was responsible for national sales. Prior to that, she was Chief Compliance Officer for all National Bank's business sectors, both in Canada and internationally. Recognized for her intrapreneurial spirit and her in-depth knowledge of wealth management and financial markets, Judith knows how to coach and mobilize teams of managers and professionals across Canada in creating distinctive experiences for entrepreneurial clients and their families. Dynamic and authentic, Judith is an engaged leader who is deeply involved in her community.

  • Martin Lefebvre

    Vice-President, Chief Investment Officer and Strategist at National Bank Investments
  • Mr. Lefebvre has 20 years of experience in the financial markets sector where he held various key positions.

    He joined the National Bank in April 2012 as a Strategist before moving on to Private Banking 1859, where he was in charge of the portfolio management team. As Chief Investment Officer, he is now responsible for the development of investment solutions for National Bank Investments and the management of tactical asset allocation mandates.

    Prior to his years at the bank, Martin Lefebvre worked at Natcan Investment Management as Vice-President, Asset Allocation, where he was responsible for the portfolio management of several multiple-asset class mandates. He also served as Senior Economist and Strategist for the Desjardins Group, and as a U.S. Economist with the Canadian Ministry of Finance.

    Mr. Lefebvre holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Université du Québec à Montréal.
