Morgan Housel is a partner at The Collaborative Fund and a former columnist at The Motley Fool and The Wall Street Journal. He is a two-time winner of the Best in Business Award from the Society of American Business Editors and Writers, winner of the New York Times Sidney Award, and a two-time finalist for the Gerald Loeb Award for Distinguished Business and Financial Journalism. His work was featured in The Best Business Writing published by the Columbia Journalism Review. He is the author of the popular book “The Psychology of Money”. Morgan has presented at more than 100 conferences in a dozen countries. He speaks about behavioral finance and history, using storytelling to explore how investors deal with risk and how we can think about risk in a more productive way.

She is most inspired working with a dynamic, empowered team and is recognized for her ability to jump into challenges two feet at a time, place importance on client and advisor experience, and lead in a transparent and collaborative way. Sofia is co-lead of the Women’s Leadership Network and an advent supporter of mentorship, coaching and encouraging peer and team development.
She proudly leads a team of wealth management coaches, financial planners, and estate planners who accompany our advisors and their clients in reaching their objectives. Sofia is a CPA that began her career at Deloitte and has held several positions throughout Wealth Management, since joining the bank in 2014.
